Just 20 days to my 1st half-marathon!


Mon – 13 Oct – Rest
Tue – 14 Oct – Rest
Wed – 15 Oct – A good cross training in the form of ‘Outbound Training’ – Enjoyed Rock climbing, River crossing, and many more physical activities [I guess it was equivalent, if not more than planned 8 KM RUN]
Thu – 16 Oct – 5 KM ~ 30 min on treadmill
Fri – 17 Oct – 7.1 KM ~ 45 min on treadmill
Sat – 18 Oct – Rest
Sun – 19 Oct – Rest
