Business (RUN) as usual :-)


My RUN practice is back to usual regularity 🙂 … It is just 7 weeks to go before I run my first half-marathon!

I have tweaked my training plans (rewinded it by few weeks) to ensure the 21 KM (half-marathon) falls on 9 Nov 08!

Mon – 15 Sep – Rest
Tue – 16 Sep – 8 KM ~ 50 min (treadmill; this was planned for mon but swapped for now)
Wed – 17 Sep – 6 KM ~ 40 min (treadmill; as opposed to planned 6.5)
Thu – 18 Sep – 3 KM ~ 19 min (treadmill; as opposed to planned 3.25)
Fri – 19 Sep – 6 KM ~ 38 min (treadmill; as opposed to planned 6.5)
Sat – 20 Sep – Rest; as planned [TeachIndia]
Sun – 21 Sep – Rest; as planned
